  • Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be requested 72 hours before your rental day in order to receive a refund (minus 10% transaction fee)
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of rental day will not receive any refunds and will not be rescheduled
  • There will be no refunds or rescheduling made if requirements aren't met upon arrival
  • There will be no refunds or rescheduling for late arrivals
  • You MUST arrival 30 minutes prior to your reservation time
  • All calls are recorded for reference
